Instructions:
- Deboss dots on square paper with red ink and adhere to right side of red scallop note.
- Punch two slots in left side of red scallop note and tie two pieces of ribbon through slots.
- Adhere three 1 1/2" x 2" photos to red dot paper.
- Add sentiment sticker.
