Materials needed:

1/2" blue ribbon (assortment varies by store)

Zing! black embossing powder--American Crafts (6060733)

Zing! Silver Metallic embossing powder--American Crafts (6060740)

Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Suggested tools:
- Winter Fun Mini Flip Flop clear stamp set--Hampton Arts (6063165)
- Clear block (to use with clear stamps)
- Paper trimmer
- Scissors
- Heat tool
- 1/8" hole punch
- Scor-it or Scor-Pal
Instructions:
- Score and fold white cardstock in half to create 4 1/4" x 5" card.
- Stamp snowflake border along the bottom edge of card using VersaMark ink. Sprinkle with silver embossing powder, tap off excess, and heat using heat gun.
- Adhere 4" x 2 1/2" square of light blue cardstock to top of card.
- Stamp snowflake frame, snowflake border, and "Let it snow" on 2 1/4" x 3 1/4" white cardstock using VersaMark ink. Emboss using silver embossing powder.
- Adhere embossed piece to 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" dark blue cardstock. Punch two holes at the top, and tie with a blue ribbon. Adhere to card.
- Stamp penguin using black ink, sprinkle with clear embossing powder, and heat using heat tool.
- Color stamped penguin using Smooch inks.
- Cut the penguin out and adhere to card.
