Instructions:

1. Trim 2" x 9" strip of striped patterned paper and adhere to left side of blue cardstock, at an angle.
2. Cut 8 1/4" circle from light green patterned paper . Adhere to page.
3. Trim 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" green patterned paper and adhere to page.
4. Layer 4" x 6" photo and 4" x 6" white cardstock and adhere to page.
5. Adhere clear "march" accent to light green patterned paper using vellum adhesive. Add staples and adhere to upper right corner of page, using Pop Dots.
6. Add various flowers to page as shown, using Glue Dots.
7. Add clear "this moment" accent below photo, using vellum adhesive.
8. Add dots to page, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
