Instructions:

1. Punch circle from orange shimmer cardstock.
2. Die-cut web border and spider web from black cardstock.
3. Adhere web to orange circle, trim edges, and adhere to lid.
4. Wrap web border around pail and adhere using tacky adhesive. The web won't reach all the way, so be sure the opening is centered between the two handles.
5. Punch a circle from green glitter cardstock and use the Curvy Cutter to cut a 3" circle from orange shimmer cardstock.
6. Adhere spider die-cut to orange circle and draw a line from the spider to the top of circle.
7. Spell "treats" using adhesive chipboard letters.
8. Adhere orange circle to green glitter circle using Glue Dots or tacky adhesive and adhere to pail.
9. Tie tulle to handle of pail.
