- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner

Instructions:
- Adhere scallop border and two pieces of ribbon to 5 1/4" x 4" white cardstock.
- Stamp sentiment above ribbon and emboss with orange embossing powder.
- Adhere white cardstock to orange card.
- Adhere cupcake embellishment.
