Instructions:

1. Cut orange flat note to 2 3/4" x 3 3/4". Trim white cardstock to 2 3/8"x 3 1/2".
2. Round corners of both orange and white tags.
3. Adhere white cardstock to orange flat note.
4. Die-cut birthday present twice, once using blue glitter paper and once using orange glitter paper.
5. Assemble present using Glue Dots and adhere to white cardstock using foam adhesive.
6. Add rub-on as shown.
7. Punch hole in top of the tag. Thread orange and blue ribbons through hole and tie.
