Instructions:

1. Cut two circles from flip flop patterned paper using scissors, trimming around flip flops that extend outside photo. Cut one circle from orange dot patterned paper and one circle from yellow dot patterned paper using circle cutter. Adhere one flip flop circle and orange dot circle to upper right corner of page.
2. Use scissors to cut portion of wave from right edge of wave patterned paper.
3. Size photo to 5" x 7". Adhere to 5 1/4" x 7 1/4" blue dot patterned paper and then adhere entire piece to right edge of wave patterned paper, making sure cut wave overlaps photo.
4. Adhere second flip flop circle and yellow dot circle to left edge of page, overlapping photo.
5. Add glitter brads and glitter chipboard letters as shown.
6. Add glitter dots to page as shown using Stickles.
