Instructions:

1. Trim white scallop cardstock to 4 1/2" wide and adhere to green cardstock as shown.
2. Adhere 6 7/8" x 9" photo collage to 7 1/4" x 9 1/4" orange cardstock.
3. Adhere photos to page. Adhere orange scallop border below photos.
4. Adhere 7 1/4" x 1/4" blue stripe paper across top of scallops, covering seam.
5. Adhere 1/2" x 12" yellow dot paper  to page, 1" from right edge.
6. Adhere orange scallop border on right side of yellow dot paper, as shown.
7. Adhere 1" x 11 1/2" blue stripe paper to left of yellow dot paper.
8. Adhere 1/4" x 10" yellow dot paper to left of blue stripe paper.
9. Apply rub-ons to clear tag to spell "18 months".
10. Add sticker to clear tag. Punch 1/8" hole in the top and bottom of clear tag.
11. Pull white ribbon through holes and hold in place with orange brad through both layers of ribbon.
12. Adhere ribbon to back of page and cut Pop Dots to fit underneath helicopter sticker.
